If you haven't heard about it earlier. . .recently Google has added a new service to Google labs -- Google Maps. The service allows you to " View maps, get driving directions, and search for local businesses and services."
It is amazing. I could not only locate the exact street where some of my team members are working from (at a client location) in San Francisco, California, but also find out the location of their hotel and then get a route map from the hotel to the client's workplace. I could also look for pizza places, supermarkets around that location.
Google Rocks!
Right now Google maps is only for the USA. But I hope that by the time it moves out of "Beta," it will have added the maps of many other countries.
