Storytelling? Storysensemaking? Organisational Narrative?
So what is it?
Teaching through stories is one of the most "happening" things in business and marketing today. But what do you call it? Most books and e-learning programs focus on either telling stories or on the meaning of the stories already being told. Dave Snowden calls it Organisational Narrative (to diffrentiate from regular storytelling). Shawn Callahan of anecdote suggests storysensemaking.
